Functions and Characteristics
1. The vibrating hopper feeder is a new type of feeding equipment with three functions: arch breaking, feeding and closing. It has a strong arch breaking ability, and can achieve loose, continuous, uniform and accurate feeding. When the vibration stops, the material will stop discharging, so there is no need to install a bunker gate.
2. The feeding amount is adjustable. It can easily realize the automatic control of single and group machines, and also has a mixing function.
3. It is lightweight, with low power consumption, low operating cost, little material waste and low noise.
4. It has a low height, no need to install a base and additional devices. Therefore, it can replace the stock bin cone and other conical components.
